Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives for damaged, defective, or wrong items. We replace it or refund you immediately — no return shipping, no forms. Keep it, gift it, or donate it. Just send us a photo at hello@sundaysparrow.com so we can fix what went wrong on our end.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days of approval.
